In 2015, Mr. Shimjith Damu became the managing partner of the school and took charge of various developmental activities. He initiated the construction of new buildings, including spacious laboratories, an auditorium, and smart classrooms. These efforts were aimed at uplifting McLeod's English School and establishing it as one of the best schools in Kerala.
